Whilst we have taken all reasonable care to ensure that the information contained within these pages is accurate and current, we do not accept any liability for errors or omissions. We reserve the right to add, amend or delete information from this site at any time. You are advised to contact us for verification should you wish to rely on any information.

Privacy statement

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998)
We collect information about you for two reasons: firstly, to process your order and secondly, to provide you with the best possible service.

We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us or from another trader in the future.

The type of information we will collect about you includes:

• your name
• address
• phone number
• email address
• credit/debit card details

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.

The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.

The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.

If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first.

We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.

Distance Selling

You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days, starting from the day after you receive the goods.

Items must be returned in the original packaging, unused and unopened within 7 days of notification to cancel. The goods are to be returned at the customer's expense. Proof of postage will be required as we are unable to accept liability for loss or damage whilst in transit back to us.

Your refund will be completed with 30 days of receipt of returned goods.

All items must be returned complete, unused, unopened and in the same condition as received, together with the original box and packaging in an undamaged and reusable condition.

Refunds will not be completed until the goods are received and inspected.

Scheme Discount Code

Where the relevant school's scheme code is used for a purchase, the following additional terms and conditions apply:

- The relevant school will receive a quarterly rebate based on the retail value of all sales generated during the previous quarter.

- Quarterly rebates will be paid one month in arrears.

- If goods are returned for a refund, the relevant percentage will be deducted from the school's quarterly rebate.

- Details for payment of the rebate will be agreed and confirmed between the Bikes 4 School team and the relevant school scheme coordinator upon school enrolment to the Bikes 4 School scheme.

- Participation is limited to schools in the UK only.

IMPORTANT: We try very hard to ensure that all information on this site is accurate. However, just occasionally, an error can occur. If we discover an error in the price or description of a product you have ordered, we may cancel your order at any time up to the point we send the product(s) to you. We will contact you where we become aware of an error and ask you whether you wish to continue with your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we do cancel your order you will receive a full refund of any charges paid in advance
