How do I place my order?
1. Online:- Add your items to your shopping basket and proceed to checkout. When you have finished entering your details
click on the confirm button.
2. Telephone:-
Our team can take your order on 08450 71 30 20 Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm.
Please have your Scheme Reference to hand.
3. Post:- We accept payment
by cheque or postal orders to the address below. For security reasons please do not
send credit card details in the post.

What are the delivery costs?
Standard delivery to most mainland UK addresses is free.
Standard delivery is normally 2-5 working days.
Guaranteed next working day delivery is £10.00.
Next working day morning delivery is £17.50 (regardless of
size and value).
Exceptions to this are: Northern Ireland £36.00, Scottish
Highlands and Islands £42.00, Channel Islands £42.00, Isle of Man £50.00,
Isle of Wight £20.00, Jersey £40.00, Guernsey £40.00. Deliveries to these regions will take around 7 days.
What guarantees do you provide?
Thanks to the Distance Selling Regulations you can buy in
confidence knowing that you have the same if not better guarantees than if you
were to purchase from a retail store. For example, you have the right to cancel
your order within 7 days, starting from the day after you receive the goods. All
products are sourced from official UK importers and covered by manufacturers
warranty.
When will my order arrive?
We always aim to despatch your goods with 24 hours of
receipt of your order. If due to availability this is not possible we will
contact you to keep you informed.
How will my bicycle arrive?
We pride ourselves on going that extra step to ensure you
will be satisfied with your cycle, that is why Wheelies Direct have boxes tailor
made.
Will my cycle be a flat pack?
All cycles supplied are fully built and made ready to ride
by Cytech qualified technicians before the pedals are removed and the handlebars
turned in order to repackage.
When will my card be charged?
Your card will be charged on the day of despatch. If for any
reason part orders are despatched you will only be charged for the goods on that
consignment.
I am not happy with a product/service. How do I make a
complaint?
We pride ourselves on customer
satisfaction and will try to rectify any problems you may have. You can email us

and set about resolving the situation immediately.
